Three Ways to Pay Assessment
FirstService Residential uses Capital One Bank for assessment payments and processing. Homeowners are able to pay their assessments by any of the following ways:
- Electronic Payment Online as a direct debit (ACH) to your bank account (see Note A).
Simply visit ClickPay and follow the instructions. No fee is charged to the homeowner for any payment.
- Electronic Payment Online as a charge to your credit card or debit card (see Note A).
Simply visit ClickPay and follow the instructions. A fee of 2.95% will charged to the homeowner for each payment.
- Payment by check mailed to Capital One lockbox.
Make your check payable to Bexar County Highlands Ranch Homeowners Association and be sure your property account number is written on the check. Also, include the remittance coupon portion of the statement you receive from FirstService. No fee is charged to the homeowner. Send payment to:

A. When you first use the ClickPay system, you will need to Register to activate your account. Make sure your address is correct, along with your property account number listed on your billing statement. If you need help, visit www.ClickPay.com/GetHelp or call 888-354-0135 (option 1).
B. FirstService does not accept walk-in payments in their office. If you have questions, please call the 24-hour Customer Care Center at 210-829-7202.
