Voting Process Instructions
- Members are encouraged to read all of the Meeting Documents included on the HOA’s website. Click here to read those documents.
- ONLINE voting is available ONLY by using the Member’s portal on the website of Diamond Association Management & Consulting (“DAMC”). Members can set up their portal by following the instructions on the Setup/Login to Member Portal with DAMC page.
- Members who do not cast an ONLINE vote must submit a paper ballot by following the instructions in the “Notice of Methods and Eligibility for Voting at Member Meetings,” which is included in the Meeting Documents referred to above.
- A paper ballot can be printed from the Meeting Documents referred to above.
- All of the Meeting Documents referred to above were also sent to Members by regular mail and email.
