Voting Process Instructions

  1. Members are encouraged to read all of the Meeting Documents included on the HOA’s website. Click here to read those documents.
  2. ONLINE voting is available ONLY by using the Member’s portal on the website of Diamond Association Management & Consulting (“DAMC”). Members can set up their portal by following the instructions on the Setup/Login to Member Portal with DAMC page
  3. Members who do not cast an ONLINE vote must submit a paper ballot by following the instructions in the “Notice of Methods and Eligibility for Voting at Member Meetings,” which is included in the Meeting Documents referred to above.
  4. A paper ballot can be printed from the Meeting Documents referred to above.
  5. All of the Meeting Documents referred to above were also sent to Members by regular mail and email.
