Ways to Pay Assessment

Diamond Association Management & Consulting (DAMC), our management company, provides the following ways to pay your assessments (see Note A):

1. Payment by Check Mailed to Alliance Bank lockbox.

Make your check payable to Bexar County Highlands Ranch Homeowners Association and be sure your property account number is written on the check. Also, include the remittance coupon portion of the statement you receive from DAMC. No fee is charged to the homeowner. If you use a Third-Party Bill Pay Service, please provide them with this information. Send payments to:

2. Payment by Delivery to or Mailing Check to DAMC’s office.

3. Electronic Payment Online as a direct debit (ACH) to your bank account OR as a charge to your credit card or debit card (see Note B).

Click here to go to PayNow. Enter your Login Name (Last Name) and Password and your Portal will appear. A flat fee of $3.95 is charged to the homeowner for each ACH payment and a fee of 3.50% plus a flat fee of $3.99 is charged to the homeowner for each credit or debit card payment.

B. Before you can first use the PayNow online system, you will need to Register with DAMC at www.damctx.com to set up your Portal and activate your account. Visit the Member Documents page of this website for more information on registering. If you need help, visit PayNowSupport.
